Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of A Gentle Noise.The sounds used in the Service are obtained through a licensed subscription from Storyblocks.com. Users do not have the right to record, extract, or use these sounds outside of the Service. The ownership of these sounds belongs to the respective rights holders, and they are not owned by A Gentle Noise.3. Use of the ServiceYou agree not to use the Service to record, extract, or distribute the sounds found in the Service.
